Appointments, Fees & Cancellations
Appointments are booked by appointment only. Initial consultations may be booked online, while follow-up consultations are offered to existing clients and booked directly after an initial session.
A deposit is required to secure initial consultations. Cancellation and rescheduling timeframes apply to protect reserved appointment time while remaining fair and compassionate to families navigating early parenting.

Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up consultations are available to families who have completed an initial consultation with Happy Latch and generally relate to the same baby within a reasonable timeframe.
The need for follow-up care is guided by clinical judgement, family goals, and individual circumstances.

Happy Latch provides lactation education, guidance, and feeding support. Services do not replace medical care.
If there are concerns about your baby’s health, growth, or wellbeing, medical assessment should be sought promptly. Lactation support is provided alongside, not instead of, medical care.
